Order
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, (2% surcharge, 3% for international cards) – fill up details at the bottom of the Invoice, scan and send back to us. Or you can pay over the phone for orders less than $1000 ((2% surcharge, 3% for international cards). No surcharge for BSB transfer, sent remittance back to us.
Each installer we have dealt with have publiabliity insurance, relevant certificates, white card etc to ensure your sign be intalled properly.
Every signage item you buy at ACE sign comes with one year warranty.
Yes, it will be simple if you could provide your previous invoice number and one of our sales team will contact you.
Our ACEsign design team can supply you a low resolution mockup based on your idea to have same design applying.
Return
We will review the whole process to make sure every signage item to meet signage industry standard. If you are still unsatisfied after fixing we will fully refund your payment.
Shipping
It is normally $18+gst within metropolitan Melbourne for small parcels. We will provide an estimate dispatch date once payment and artwork proof confirmed.
We ship our orders with standard road couriers, they are not a guaranteed delivery service, however we find that they are usually pretty reliable. Please find the estimated delivery times below for each major city.
- Sydney Metro: 3-4 business day estimate
- Brisbane Metro: 4-5 business day estimate
- Melbourne Metro: 1-2 business day estimate
- Canberra Metro: 2-3 business day estimate
- Adelaide Metro: 2-3 business day estimate
- Perth Metro: 4-5 business day estimate
- Hobart Metro: 4-5 business day estimate
- Darwin Metro: 6-7 business day estimate

Yes, we can customize your sign according to your request, please kindly sent your artwork in vector file (ai, eps or pdf) to design@acesign.com.au
Generally, there is no size limit but contents and image need to be present in a reasonable ratio.

Normally $30+gst with design setup (size, fonts, contents); if it is regarding logo creation, our designer will supply you a quote separately. For more information, please check our signage design page.
Our standard turnaround is 2-3 days after payment made and artwork proof for most printing. Due to current restrictions, production may delay 1-2 days and installation may delay 3-5 working days.
