For the double-sided teardrop graphic, we print two separate flags with blockout silver color at back of each flags.Two pieces of fabric are sewn together to create a non-see-through double-sided banner flag.
Base Selection:
1.Spike base is most popular flagpole base, because it is light weight and economic price. It is mostly common used on soft surfaces such as grassland, sand,beach or snow. You can put it into our flagpole portable bag with flag and take them anywhere.
2.Fold base is made of 100% stainless steel and mostly common used on hard surfaces such as indoor carpet or outdoor concrete ground. You can fold it and put it into our flagpole portable bag with flags together and take them anywhere.
3.Cross Base has a black powdercoated finish to keep it away from rust. It can be used in both interior and exterior, especially dirt surface as you can secure flags on the ground by simply driving tent pegs onto the 10mm diameter holes on each end. It is also portable and foldable for easy transportation.
4.Vehicle Base is good for car dealer, you can put it under car tire. It is also portable and light weight.
5.Wall Bracket is a great choice when you place your flags on the fence or wall. Options for wall brackets: 0°, 30°,90°.
6.10kg Heavy Duty Flat Base is mostly common used on footpath to minimize tripping risk.
7.Round Water Bag is great option for fold base and cross base to provide extra stability by filling it with10kg water. Our water bag is made of high quality plastic and sealing part with a soft end cap and screw cap.

ACE SIGN Shipping Policy
To make things even simpler for our customers, we offer fixed shipping rates $18 per order for most products to metro area of major cities such as,Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart, Canberra.
For other location or packaging size larger than 1200mm height length and width, postage are subject to alternation, all rates are GST exclusive.
We use general courier service to keep our low cost shipping fee, We do offer expedited shipping options at extra cost if you need it sooner.
Orders do not require printing are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders require printing are generally dispatched within 3-7 days after artwork is approved and payment is confirmed. Orders with longer leading time are clearly stated in the product pages. Urgent order, please contact us for quote on additional charge and possibility of whether your deadline be met.
Customers will be able to trace the delivery online during the entire shipment with a unique tracking number. Customers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on checkout page before payment. Any changes of address after checkout will not be considered as valid.
ACE SIGN is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by customers.
Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item that is undelivered and/or returned to ACE SIGN due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am to 5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours. Customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our ware-house.
Uploading your artwork is easy and we should be able to accomodate you in any situation. As a general rule however please follow these points where possible to help our team expedite your order.
File Formats: Ideal artwork should be supplied in either of the following formats: PDF, EPS, AI. Also acceptable however are TIF, JPG, PNG, or HIGH-RES BITMAP. Where possible vectorised artwork is prefered, with text converted to outlines.
Size: For best results please save your artwork at 100% (Actual Size) with at least 120 DPI and no compression. Ideally 300 DPI and above is best for printing.
Colour: For best results please save your artwork in CMYK and note down any specific colours if required.
